In general, the medical Spanish courses are focused on teaching grammatical structures, medical terminology, vocabulary related to common illnesses and practicing dialogues which simulate medical consultations. This method is artificial and does not wholly solve the communication problems which health workers may face.
The aim of our course is the real improvement of communication in the execution of the profession and therefore;
- Our Spanish course for Health service professionals is imparted by professionals from the health care sector with language teaching experience and specialists in teaching Spanish as foreign language.
- In order to learn the language in a context of professional use, the course is carried out according to a task-based approach, main aim being to promote learning via real world use of the language in the classroom. This means that from the first day, workers in the health care sector will be able to interact in situations they may find in their professional lives.
The course is aimed at health care professionals who already have a B2 minimum level.
